Journal Of Obstetrics And Gynecology Of India, Largest Circulation Medical Journal In India, Joins Springer Program

Springer, one of the leading publishers in the field of science, technology and medicine, has signed a cooperation agreement with the Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI) to publish The Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology of India (JOGI). Dr. C.N. Purandare, President of FOGSI; Dr. Adi E. Dastur, editor of the Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology of India; Dr. C.V. Hedge, Secretary and Manager of FOGSI; Dr. William F. The Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology of India is the oldest specialty journal in India, founded in 1950 by Dr. J. Jhirad, editor of the inaugural issue. The official publication of FOGSI, it has the highest circulation amongst all specialty medical journals in India. Besides providing a platform for research workers and clinicians to publish their scientific work, it provides readers updated information and developments in obstetrics and gynecology and related specialties. It also publishes information about the various activities of FOGSI.
